From a handful of laptops to a full office refresh, we handle collection, data sanitisation, reuse and recycling, and give you the records to prove it.
Secure collection
We collect from your premises in sealed, numbered crates. You sign for the count before we leave.

Certified data sanitisation
Every storage device is erased using a method matched to its technology, then verified.
- Hard drives, SSDs, NVMe, phones and tablets

Refurbishment & reuse
Working equipment is tested, graded and refurbished, giving it a second life instead of a shredder.

Anything that can't be reused is recycled at an Approved Authorised Treatment Facility.

Transparent pricing
What's free, and what isn't
Every computer is free, whatever its age: reuse and recycling cover the cost of wiping it. The only charges are for travel on small loads and a few items that cost us to recycle. You see the full price before you book.
When collection is free
Collection is free when one booking includes 10 or more computers (laptops, desktop PCs, all-in-ones or servers), of any age and in any condition, within 50 miles of Coventry. Further away, it's free for 20+ computers on a date you choose, or for 10+ on our next scheduled trip to your area.
Computers are free at any age, working or not, so there's nothing to look up before you book.

- Collection for 10+ computers in one booking (see the distance rule below)
- Every computer, of any age, working or not: no per-device charge
- Certified data wiping and a certificate for every device we collect
- Phones, tablets, flat-screen monitors, desktop printers, networking, keyboards, mice and cables
- Wiping hard drives on their own, and shredding any drive that fails wiping
- Dropping items off at our premises, whatever the quantity
Charged
- Collection for smaller loads: £39 per collection. More than 50 miles from Coventry, small loads go on our next scheduled trip to your area.
- CRT (tube) screens, which contain leaded glass that needs specialist recycling: £15.50 each up to 17 inch, £18.50 for CRT TVs and larger monitors
- Shredding hard drives that are on their own: £1.50 each
- Large floor-standing copiers: priced before you book
Our no-surprises promise: If what we collect matches what you told us, you pay the price you were quoted. If it doesn't, we'll tell you before charging anything extra, and you can choose to have those items returned. If there's less to charge for than expected, your price goes down.
