Stage 1
Agreement
You approve an itemised quote and sign a data processing agreement before anything moves.

Sealed collection
Equipment is packed into numbered, tamper-evident sealed crates at your premises. You sign for the count.

Stage 3
Check-in
Seals are checked intact, every item is counted, then tagged, photographed and logged by serial number.

Stage 4
Sanitisation
Each drive is erased with a method matched to its technology and verified. Failures are shredded.

Test & grade
Hardware diagnostics and safety checks decide whether a device can be reused, used for parts, or recycled.
